DESIGN OF FLATS All flats are designed for the elderly encouraging independent living with a Scheme Manager normally
in residence to provide background support. Flats are fitted with emergency
Alarm Systems connected to a Central Control.
Flats are self-contained comprising of Lounge, Bedroom, Kitchen and Bathroom/Toilet.
They are heated by either storage heaters, storage heaters fitted with additional convector heaters or radiators fed
from a central boiler, depending on the building.
No dogs, cats or other animals are allowed (including visiting pets) except small cage birds, exceptionally
Guide Dogs for the Blind, Hearing Dogs and Dogs for those suffering from Epilepsy are permitted.
